Refund Policy for Training Courses

The value of purchasing any training course through Blue Diver Diving Club is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the following conditions:

  1. If the trainee has been officially registered with PADI International.

  2. If the trainee has participated in any part of the training course.

  3. If the trainee encounters any health issues during confined water or open water sessions.

  4. If the trainee violates any of the club’s directives, regulations, or local laws.

  5. If the training schedule has been confirmed and sent by the club.

Refund Policy for Diving Trips

The value of purchasing a diving trip subscription through Blue Diver Diving Club is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the following conditions:

  1. If the participant develops health issues during the trip, whether in confined or open water.

  2. If the participant violates any directives, regulations, or local laws.

  3. If the cancellation request is made on the same day of the trip or within 48 hours before the trip departure time.
