By using the website and services of Blue Diver Diving Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions without modification.

Definitions

  • Blue Diver Diving Club: A diving center based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, offering diving courses and diving trips.

  • User / Trainee: Any individual who registers for a training course or diving trip.

  • Service: Providing scuba diving training and diving trips.

  • Terms and Conditions: The rules that govern the relationship between the club and the user.

Legal Use

  • The trainee must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.

  • The trainee is required to provide accurate and truthful information upon registration.

  • The trainee is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

  • The trainee must commit to the scheduled training dates and attend without unexcused absence.

  • The trainee must follow all rules, guidelines, and regulations provided by the club or the certification agency.

Medical Disclaimer

  • The trainee must consult a physician before beginning any diving course.

  • The trainee accepts full personal responsibility for any injury or health issues resulting from training.

  • The trainee must inform the instructor of any health condition that may affect their performance.

  • The club is not liable for any physical or mental harm that may occur as a result of training.

Training Outcomes

  • The club does not guarantee certification; success depends on the trainee’s commitment and effort.

  • If the trainee fails any theoretical or practical tests, they are responsible for all additional training costs.

Cancellation and Termination Policy

The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate training in the following cases:

  • Violation of laws or public morals.

  • Absence for more than 60 days from scheduled training.

  • Health issues that prevent continuation of training.

Refund Policy

The value of training courses is non-refundable and non-exchangeable in the following cases:

  1. If the trainee has been registered with PADI.

  2. If the trainee has started any part of the course.

  3. If any health issue arises during training.

  4. If the trainee violates any instructions or legal obligations.

  5. If the training schedule has been confirmed and communicated.

Payment Methods

  • Payment is accepted through the available methods on the website.

  • In case a refund is approved for a valid reason, it will be processed through the original payment method, minus any applicable transfer fees.

Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, designs, and content on the site are the exclusive property of Blue Diver Diving Club and are protected by Saudi and international laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities within the Kingdom.
