  • User / Customer: Any person who registers or purchases diving courses or diving trips from Blue Diver Diving Club.

  • Services: Diving training courses and guided diving trips provided by the club.

  • Terms: These Terms and Conditions which form the legal agreement between the club and the user.

2. User Eligibility

  • The user must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • By registering, users confirm that all provided information is accurate, current, and complete.

  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Nature of Services

  • The club’s commitment is to provide professional diving courses and guided trips as per international diving standards.

  • The club reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with prior notice.

4. User Obligations

  • The user agrees to use the club’s services in compliance with Saudi laws, public morals, and the diving safety regulations.

  • Users must adhere to scheduled training or trip timings.

  • Any misconduct, illegal activities, or breach of safety protocols may lead to termination of the service without a refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through the official payment methods available on the website.

  • Prices for courses and trips may change without prior notice.

  • If a refund is approved by management (only in exceptional cases), it will be processed via the original payment method, minus any processing fees.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases for diving courses and trips are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the following conditions:

  1. Once the customer is registered with PADI International.

  2. If any part of the course or trip has commenced.

  3. If health issues arise during participation.

  4. If the user violates any of the club’s regulations, safety instructions, or Saudi laws.

  5. If the schedule for the course or trip has been confirmed and communicated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, media, and materials on the Blue Diver Diving Club’s website are the exclusive intellectual property of the club, protected under Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

8. Communication

All official communication between the club and the user will occur through the contact details provided by the user during registration (email or phone number).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The club is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or personal losses resulting from diving activities, as diving inherently carries risks.

  • The user is responsible for consulting a doctor before participation and ensuring they are medically fit.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising will be settled by the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • The club retains personal data solely for service provision, improvement, and communication.

  • Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

12. Consent

By using our website, registering for services, or participating in any diving course or trip, you consent to these Terms and Conditions.

  • In case of any conflict in interpretation, the Arabic version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
