By booking or participating in any diving trip with Blue Diver Diving Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions without modification. These terms regulate all diving trips organized by the club.

1. Definitions

  • Blue Diver Diving Club: A diving center in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, offering guided diving trips and diving courses.
  • User / Participant: Any individual who books or joins a diving trip organized by the club.
  • Services: Diving trips and related services offered by the club.
  • Terms and Conditions: The provisions governing the relationship between the club and the participant.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

  • Participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.
  • Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration.
  • Participants must maintain the confidentiality of their account details.
  • Participants must attend the trip on time; failure to show up at the designated time forfeits participation without refund.
  • Participants agree to follow all safety instructions, trip guidelines, and supervisor directions.
  • Any misconduct, violation of laws, or safety breaches may result in removal from the trip without compensation.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • Participants must consult a physician before booking to ensure fitness for diving.
  • Diving trips carry inherent risks including injury or death; participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
  • Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical condition to the trip supervisor.
  • The club and its staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the trip.

4. Trip Attendance and Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; the club is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
  • Participants who fail to attend on time will forfeit the trip and are not entitled to compensation or rescheduling.

5. Cancellations and Force Majeure

  • The club reserves the right to cancel or postpone trips due to force majeure, including adverse weather, equipment failure, or governmental restrictions.
  • Participants will not be entitled to compensation for cancellations due to such circumstances.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • The club may adjust trip prices at any time; new prices apply upon publication.
  • Payments must be made through the official payment methods provided by the club.

7. Refund Policy

Diving trip payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the following situations:

  1. Overpayment by mistake.
  2. Refund requests accepted at the discretion of the club’s management.
  3. If the participant is medically unfit before the trip commencement, with valid documentation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used, less any transaction fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, media, and branding used by Blue Diver Diving Club are the exclusive intellectual property of the club and are protected under Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy Policy

The club collects and retains participant data to improve services and communication. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities within Saudi Arabia.

11. Consent

By booking or participating in a diving trip with Blue Diver Diving Club, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.

In case of any dispute in interpretation, the Arabic version of these terms shall prevail.
